My dd is 12 and recently started secondary school. She hates it and has went from being a happy, easy going child to being irritable, anxious, and upset all the time. She has been having panic attacks the past few days and is just absolutely miserable.
I've been in touch with the school & they have been amazing & very supportive so far.
We've been trying mindfulness & breathing exercises but she said they are just making her feel worse because she can't seem to focus on anything at all.
My heart is broken seeing her like this has anyone been through a similar situation?
