Mine is "Batten down the hatches and hang on to your hats" because we have family who live on the US Gulf coast, and they are currently bracing themselves for the arrival of Hurricane Sally.

Torrential rain already, several feet of storm surges and pretty high winds so far - they are expecting the electricity to go soon so we'll have no more contact till it's over and the power restored, which can take a while.

After Hurricane Katrina it was three days before they could get word to us that they were still alive.
