Does anyone know when the Trafford Centre stores will resume 10pm closing times?

Possibly a bit of long shot posting on here, but perhaps someone will know someone who works there!

Currently the shops are open til 7 or 8pm which is a bit of a pain as it means we don't really have the time to go after work for a good browse.

Does anyone know when the stores will resume opening until 10pm, or even 9pm would do?

Interesting to know that the Trafford Centre is actually open at all.
I thought it was still shut after the owners went bust.

I have found over the many years that asking MN is usually far quicker than contacting CEOs!

It looks like Meadowhall is back to 9pm closing now, so it may have changed at Trafford as well now.

OP I’m with you that the TC closing at 8pm is a pain. It’s not enough time to go after work and have a proper browse. I think it would be better for social distancing too as I’m sure quite a few people would like to go when it’s quieter especially in the run up to Christmas

I'm a retail manager (not at TC but we have a store there) and we are aiming to get back to normal trading hours across the business from the end of Sep. Will definitely be on extended trading for Nov and Dec as long as restrictions remain as they are 👍

I stand corrected, @Trina00. I would never have thought of asking a local question on a national site!

It's been really confusing over lockdown with the different opening hours. Sometimes they haven't been updated online or you can't get through on the phone when you're trying to check.

Sorry I can't answer your question OP,but I've been wondering the same about my local shopping centre. It used to be open until 6pm every day except Thursday when it was open until 8pm,and Sunday when it shut at 5 pm. When lockdown started,it changed to 5pm closing every night,and even though lockdown has lifted,it's still closing at 5pm!

I think the thing is that it seems as though everyone is on here @CremeEggThief!

I've just been to the Trafford centre. Main stores are open until 9, smaller ones are dependant on staff numbers
