Looking to buy some glasses (I’ve seen lots of videos popping up In my Facebook feed) for someone with red/green colour blindness, which it says they work for they type they have. I’ve seen one brand, around £120 I think. Has anyone bought any, do they actually work and how much did you spend/where did yo get them from?

My dad bought them years ago and for him yes they did work. He went to an optician that was working with Mootefields I believe in the early days of them being released.
I didn’t realise they were something you could just buy off the shelf tbh

My db has them and they help distinguish some colours but not all. We did a colourblindness test together, with him wearing the glasses. He was able to get more of the questions right, but not as many as I could.

Thanks,
I’m thinking about just ordering a pair from the internet. Anyone used one of these companies? I know their colourblind type.

This company seems to be twice the price, around £235 and wondering if it really is worth the extra £100? enchroma.com/products/ellis-smooth-black-cx3-sun
