I've never cooked with it before so open to ideas.

I've got some chicken sausages, broccoli and other veg- can I use all together?

it's really good with a stroganoff or a nice rich stew!

Wrap a chicken breast in Parma ham and seal on the pan. Once sealed add a tomato and basil type sauce to the pan. I then add the gnocchi and break mozzarella in. Throw in a few basil leafs and put lid on. The mozzarella melts fab in the sauce. It’s delicious. Think it is a Donal Skehan recipe.

This one, always this one. It's my ultimate comfort food and I've never cooked it for someone who hasn't loved it. Great end of the week food too especially if you use tinned cherry tomatoes.

I do it with a tomato and basil sauce then cover with mozzarella and put under the grill till it’s all melted and bubbly, really easy quick dinner.
