Some drivers just don’t care!

I was driving home from the work this afternoon minding my own business, next thing this idiot in a VW Golf was overtaking a cyclist and was on my side of the road, completely oblivious to the fact I was driving right towards him.

I kind of swerved towards the left hand verge of the road, thankfully there was enough room so I didn’t hit the hedge and he didn’t hit me.

I blasted the horn but I thought there was about to be a head on accident!

Anyone else had this? What is the best thing to do when a car is coming right towards you?

Slow down. It's not a time for a battle of wills. Like with any crazy driver, you're best off just keeping out of their way
