What’s the liquid inside a coconut called?

I grew up eating coconut in all kinds of food.. the water its called coconut water..

Theres this jelly like thing people eat it straight like that from the coconut (dont know what its called in english I hate the taste)

then theres white hard sweet thing you blitz and squeeze milk out of it... its called coconut milk in my language 🤷🏽‍♀️ i assumed everyone called that from long time!
