Strange light period when usually extremely heavy - should I be worried?

I'm normally so heavy, flood regularly for 24-36 hours on day 2/3 but this time it's been barely much more than spotting. Ive got the copper coil of that makes a difference. Just so different from normal!

How old are you, could it be the menopause or could you be pregnant?

I'm 37. I shouldn't be pregnant with the coil but I suppose nothing is 100%?
