Is there something out there that can help with sorting out your life /long term and short term goals. Something that can guide me - it doesn't have to be a daily planner, just even a book with some sheets to help me. I don't know if there is anything that even exists.

I have just bought one of these - malpaper.com/products/daily-goal-setter-planner-black

But whether or not it will help I'm not sure... planning on starting it tomorrow!!

I've used this: dailygreatness.co.uk/products/dailygreatness-journal?variant=12159958057035

Expensive but well designed and I would say worth it if you commit to it. It's undated so you can start anytime.

Kikki K have done some excellent goals journals in the past - unfortunately they have closed their UK stores so their products aren't as easy to find, but may be available somewhere online.

This is more affordable, on Amazon: www.amazon.co.uk/GoGirl-Planner-Organizer-Women-Productivity/dp/B07H3Z8GRG?tag=mumsnetforu03-21

The Bullet Journal method seems to be quite popular. There's some YouTube vids and all you need is a blank notebook. You can be as fancy or as basic as you like.

I bullet journal, and there are lots of spreads around life planning etc., in various forms. Search on pinterest what sort of structures you want, and no doubt someone has designed something you can customise.

Some are kind of reference pages, like doing a cleaning schedule, then combining it with a habit tracker to keep yourself accountable for actually doing it.

I've never tried it, but level 10 life is a popular spread and so many of the blogs do actual print off templates, for the trackers etc.

But I get that while bullet journaling is great for customising exactly how you want, you might want a bit more structure.

I got my sister this www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B07QRRX4PG/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_krWxFbKWSG1N5?tag=mumsnetforu03-21
(Its actually on offer at the moment too!)

I saw it as a sort of less intensive bullet journal. Has lots of goal planning and an undated diary so you can start as soon as you get it. But lots of blanks for planning out other stuff.
