DM received this yesterday and despite suspecting it was a scam, was still worrying about it so asked me to take a look.
It's reasonably convincing, until you realise:
It was addressed to her email, not her name
The mention of debt collectors is something that wouldn't be there in a real email
DM gave her car to a relative over six months ago, and the DVLA were informed
Cheeky bastards. It was just as well she wasn't taken in.
