Recommend a slow, methodical Pilates class online?

Not an easy or beginners class, but one where you focus one part of the body at a time. I want to avoid 1) working too fast, 2) leaping around from position to position and 3) a lot of extended leg abs work.

I want to do a series of mat exercises on left side, then on right, then a series of things on front etc if that makes sense, rather than doing planks, then standing up and doing something else, then back down on your stomach, flip onto your back etc. I have a back injury and it takes so much time and effort to change position, I can get a much better workout if I can stay in one place for a while.

I'm doing weekly zoom classes with my amazing teacher but I need to do more for my back. I've tried lots of other classes but I come back to her because the classes are really slow and methodical.

I'm watching with interest, too.

Darcy bussell dvd is pretty slow. I don't know if you would consider it beginners though
