This is a first post for me and I feel really guilty but need some advice. For the past couple of years my husband has put on at least 20kilos. He has always loved his food but with age he doesn’t burn it off as quickly anymore. The thing is he doesn’t really seem to mind but it really bothers me. I’m not finding him as attractive anymore. I feel really bad for thinking this and that I’m betraying him for writing this thread but I don’t know what else to do.
I cook healthy meals,only have takeaway every couple of weeks and don’t buy a lot of junk but if there is biscuits there he will just eat them.
He will exercise with us as a family but nothing enough to raise the heart rate enough to burn calories.
He also has a sendentary job at a desk.
I know people will call me shallow but it matters to me.
Anyone got any practical advice as to what I can do about this?
