Can't believe what an idiot I've been! I keep my contraceptive pills next to my toothbrush because I have a head like a sieve and will otherwise forget. I've only been back on it for 2 months after a break of around 3 years, and it takes a very long time for me to get into habits.
FIL came round to fix our toilet on Wednesday so I put the pills in the cupboard as I'd have felt a bit awkward if he saw them. I just went to the toilet and noticed I'm bleeding. I then realised I didn't take the bloody pill on Wednesday or Thursday! They were still in the cupboard...
I've just taken today's and yesterday's together, and left Wednesday's. I believe that is the correct advice. Had sex just once last weekend (with a condom as well thankfully, and I'm sure it didn't break). The missed pills were right in the middle of the pack. I'll be ok won't I?? I have made sure this will never happen again by setting an annoying alarm to go off every night...
