iPhone won’t ring or show incoming calls.

Can anyone help? I’ve checked do not disturb, blocked callers, it’s not on silent. There’s not any updates that I’ve missed. I’ve rebooted it and turned it off and on again.
What else can it be?
It’s an iPhone 7 if that makes any difference.

You’ll forgive me though if I hang about in false? hope that it might be because I butt pressed a button which is impossible to find any other way.
ATM I only know I’m being called when Alexa announces it but she’s a bit agoraphobic.

What happens when you ring it? Does it ring for the caller or go direct to voicemail or a message?

Can you receive text messages?

Is it on airplane mode?

Done any updates recently? That’s what happened to mine.

Mine only does this when the button on the side has accidentally been pushed up so that it’s on silent mode.

Are you running 13.7 iOS?

All good suggestions and all been rechecked.
