Flutters in lower abdomen

I keep getting flutters in my lower abdomen. It feels like when you first start to feel a baby move. I can't be pregnant though, I have the mirena coil. My periods have stopped but they stopped with my last mirena too. Has anyone experienced similar?

Have you tried a pregnancy test anyway? No contraption is 100%.

Yes. I have IBD. Often feels like a baby moving/kicking. It's just wind.

No I've not tried a test yet. I'll get one tomorrow. I stupidly googled it and lots of horrible reasons came up. I'm my own worst enemy sometimes.

I was in the maternity ward with a mum whose previous baby came out holding the contraceptive coil....just saying.....
