Has Ocado got its act together now?

I used my Ocado slots for a shielding relative during the lockdown and then stayed away for a bit. I’d just started using them again but apparently they were dreadful over the period of transition to M&S.

Is it OK now? Can I risk an order?

I had no idea the app wasn't working for everyone .
Weekly deliveries for months now - I thought we were all back to normal

The website is working fine and really not that different from the app on a phone.

This week I ordered 5 kids yogurts in pouches, they were out of stock so subbed for 5 packs of 4 large yogurts, so 20 in total. I've been avoiding refusing subs but refused 4 out of the 5 packs.
