Just burnt my scalp, please help!

I just did something really stupid, poured boiling water on my scalp totally distracted and forgot to check the temp.
It was a few minutes off boiling but still very hot.
My scalp is really sore.
I have been using cool water shower spray on it.
What else can I do?
Please help, in a lot of pain

Can you fill a bucket of water, lean forward and put your head into it, whilst keeping your nose and mouth above the water? I'm thinking that would enable more of your skin to be covered in one go, than using the shower spray.

I think you need to get it checked I assume you can't tell if it's blistered or anything. More than a 50p size you need to get it checked.

What on Earth is a bicarbonate / hit wash meant to do?

Sore head and scalp but ok, the cold water and painkillers helped.

That's good, I was hoping you weren't going to come back to say you were now bald.

God I hope it wont make my hair fall out!! That would be dreadful!
