Thinking (needing) of having a few weeks of self care , as have had a hard few months work wise .
Exercise plan , better eating etc .
If I plan to do a dry month alcohol wise , could I have non alcoholic beer / wine as a treat during ?
I know I can do what I want but just curious to others views ?

I would say yes. I drink Heineken 0% as I think it's the best taste out of the 0% beers.

Brewdog Nanny State is the best I've found. It tastes like actual beer, not watered down shandy.

Thank you ! I'll have a look Smile

Me as well. Really hits the spot that stuff Grin

That's all I did when cutting right down on alcohol OP.

The kopperberg summer fruit cider is nice as well. Expect it's got more calories in than a regular beer I think.

I love Bavaria 0% wheat beer, but I’m not sure it’s really in the spirit of healthy eating - quite high in sugars/empty carbs. You’d probably be better off with fizzy water with fruit infusions or herbal tea for a hard core clean living month I’m afraid. However it’s your choice.
