Can you alternate days on a 2 weekly basis - Nursery

Just thinking ahead. My mum will be available for childcare every Monday and every other Thursday. I'm unsure if I'll be working full time or would drop a day. I don't have much knowledge around nursery, does anyone know if I could book nursery for say Tuesday - Friday one week and then Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday the alternative week and have that as the set pattern or do you have to have the same set days for every week? Hope that makes sense.

We allow a few flexi places at my nursery, as long as we know a month in advance for staffing.

I alternate my ds' days at nursery as my school (work) is on a 2 week timetable. It wasn't an issue at all organising it with the nursery.

That's good to hear, it's expensive enough so just trying to minimise the cost where possible.

It will depend on the nursery and how the want to run...
