My son had the HPV vaccine as they have now started giving it to boys so I though I would pay for his elder brother to have it too as he was last year of boys who didnt receive it at school. Apparently if he is 15 by then it is 3 injections at £160 each. Has anyone done this? Is this similar price? Would you do this so your children have equal protection?

Yes I have, but only got one jab before lockdown. I need to get the next two booked.

Yes but I did it when he was under 15 so only two jabs needed. We had it done at Boots, not cheap but you do get lots of points on your advantage card.

We paid for our older children's to have Men B vaccines privately. Our youngest gets it automatically and we didn't want one protected and the others not. I think if it's important to you and you can afford it then it's absolutely worth it.
