Hi all ... new to this
Due in 2 days , had sweep last Tuesday . Bloody show Wednesday an past couple might have been getting really strong tightenings in lower stomach like every 5/10 mins with sharp pains down low .. but ease in morning . How can I try get this baby shifted . I know they come when ready but really can’t cope at minute with no sleep running after toddler an wil give anything a go

Lush bath bomb - think it’s love bomb? It’s got clary Sage in it. Got me going in 12 hours. Go into store and ask which one you need.

Once you have the evening to yourself put something you enjoy on the telly and spend as much time as you can on all fours gently rocking backwards and forwards.

If you have a bean bag or an exercise ball or a footstool or something soft to put your elbows on use this for support.

It worked for me for DD3. I was in labor by morning :)
