Hi everyone,

For the past 2 weeks I’ve been getting bad neck pain and I’m starting to think it must be my pillow. Each morning I’ve been waking up in pain and some days it’s quite severe and lasts all day.
I bought a decent dunlopillo pillow last year and it seemed to be working well until recently.
I’ve been googling various pillows and it’s a minefield! I’ve looked at Tempur, Eve, Emma, Dormeo and loads of others and for every good review there seems to be a bad one. I would really appreciate hearing your advice on what has worked for you.

Thank you 😊

I haven't tried it but I have neck issues and two different people have recommended the Emma pillow to me. So when I have the money that's what I will be getting.

Thank you @Sk1nnyB1tch I’ll have another look at the Emma pillows.

I just looked at ones for side sleepers which I am and went for the Dunelm one. They do quite a good range and inexpensive. Very good night sleep.

Also using a firm pilates foam roller helps.

It's not a pillow for sleeping on, but I brought my dh a 'magic pillow' which is a rounded wooden block with four hard foam supports for the back of your head. He found it really helps with his neck pain using that to stretch a few times a day.
