bullying and intimidation in high performing schools

Hi!
I am new to this, but completely horrified by the experiences my children have suffered and want to create a movement against this stuff! I have none of the Mumsnet lingo and so bear with me! THANKS!
Both my children are high performing academically - the first was systematically bullied at one of the highest performing state schools in the country - he ended up with a dislocated jaw - depression, suicidal, on medication and privately funded therapy each week. School managed to avoid delaing with this or punishing anyone.
My 14 year old daughter ended up in a room with a boy in her year - diabetic - who apparently 'needed' someone in there with him - selected her - who then pinned her down to a chair, propositioned her, etc etc for an HOUR. He is a repeat offender and has already been excluded for creeping into a year 7's room on a German trip. SOOOO who else out there has children who are not in school because the school protects bullies and aggressors to protect its OfSted outstanding rating? I want to start a charity focussed on this issue in the state system! PLEASE let me know your stories. Thank you
