M&S were excellent when my £3k mountain bike was stolen.

Surely m and s and John Lewis are under written by other people?

leafeater · 05/09/2020 21:26

Nfu are great but probably more for rural houses

I have business and home combined with NIG and they have been great for a small claim. Having worked for Aviva home insurance claims, I would say they make things very easy. You tend to get what you pay for with insurance. Cheapest isn't best.

If you do a price comparison site they often have customer ratings too

Lloyd’s were brilliant when my grandma’s house flooded.
