House insurance - if you have ever made a claim who was the eaziest company to deal with?

Just had a buge increase on my renewal - who wluld you go with, especially if hou have made a major claim?

If you want excellent service, you want Hiscox.

Nfu are great but probably more for rural houses

I have business and home combined with NIG and they have been great for a small claim. Having worked for Aviva home insurance claims, I would say they make things very easy. You tend to get what you pay for with insurance. Cheapest isn't best.

If you do a price comparison site they often have customer ratings too
