I am looking to get myself a subscription box every month. I’m dairy free and wheat free. Does anyone here do this ? Can u recommend a box for me?

It’s not a good idea to be diary and gluten free as a female and it’s unlikely you have an allergy to both. Just eat both in moderation.

@underneaththeash are you a doctor? I am a ceoliac and it is very common to have a dairy intolerance caused by this autoimmune disease. just wondered where you got this research from?

Sorry, not sure about his. Have you tried the usual eat fresh etc?

I've seen a few advertised on the gluten free FB groups I'm on, but tbh they look really uninteresting and bad value for money

@underneaththeash my stomach pains bloating and ill health and my doctor would disagree with u there.

@underneaththeash The OP didn't come here for dietary advice.

Depending on how much gluten / milk is needed to trigger your allergy, Graze do snack boxes and you can choose to have snacks with no gluten / dairy in the ingredients. However, they are "may contain" because of the possibility of cross contamination.
