Please help me to find a BBC article, it’s driving me mad!

A BBC article popped up on my Facebook feed yesterday. It was about ‘life lessons’ Or advice people had had which stayed with them. Different people had written in with snippets of advice they live their lives by, useful quotes etc

I teach adults & thought it was a great text I could use with my learners in class.

But now I can’t find the article ANYWHERE. Any ideas? I‘ve searched BBC site & BBC on Facebook...
Does anyone know how I can search my Facebook history?

are you sure it wasn't the Guardian? I think I saw something like that on therr the other day. Some of it was dire though.

On FB, if you type the subject of what you are looking for, eg life lessons, into the search bar you can filter by posts, then by posts you've seen

That is the article. You’re right, some of the sentiments are vomit-inducing but it’ll be just right for my lesson!
