Best dolls house?

Any recommendations for the best dolls house for a 5 year old? Thanks!

I haven't got it yet for my dc but I think the Hape All Seasons wooden one looks really good, it's the one I've got my eye on for them!

They do look good. She has a few Barbie type dolls that she plays with a bit, so I'm wondering if a house for the 12 inch dolls would be best? Or the smaller one for Sylvanian family type figures?

I loved the house i had when i was younger - it had lights that switched on! - so I'm keen to get something brilliant for her
