Lost my work mojo

I work in a small team of 7. Our boss has been in post for 18 months and has been like a breath of fresh air, listens to our work concerns and has our backs in everything we do. He works long hours to achieve his excellent results partly because, I think, he wants to be seen as "the man who can" but also he's got fabulous energy and drive.

We have some incredibly challenging targets in the months before Christmas and in order to achieve them we are all going to have to give our absolute all. My problem is that my contribution to these targets is overwhelming me- I am the only part time employee in the team (30hrs) and also the most senior in terms of age, experience and role.

My younger colleagues are under as much stress in that their targets are equally as challenging. They do extra hours as necessary but I just CANT give more than I currently do (already working more unpaid hours, approx 37 so full time before my 3 children returned to school this week. I'm a single parent). Just scheduling my standard working hours is a nightmare because of earlier school pick up times as a result of staggered end of day re: covid. Wfh is standard now but I am just about keeping afloat with responding to my 3 boys (15, 12 and 6) and running our home and so I can't see where on the world I can magic any extra time from to keep up.

Our organisation is going through massive organisational change and there will be (voluntary) redundancies as well as other good opportunities for career changes- I'm going to get consigned to the "don't bother" pile aren't I? :(
