Impossible really. But probably an Apple crumble. But only if the topping is made by my husband. His is the best. He has a way of cooking it it two layers... adds one thin layer If crumble, cooks it, then adds another and repeats. It means it never becomes that weird cake mix type crumbles And served with plain yoghurt.

I'm American so to me pudding is a specific type of dessert, generally something that is in the custard family. My favorite pudding is banana pudding, a sort of trifle concoction involving custard, bananas, vanilla wafers or shortbread cookies, and whipped cream. A close second is creme brulee. But my favorite dessert overall is warm peach cobbler with vanilla ice cream on top.
