Poorly pigeon with a death wish

A pigeon has flown into the top window at quite a speed and is now in the corner of the garden looking sorry for itself. It limped into the corner and it's wing was all bent.

Is there anyone I can call or any advice that doesn't involve touching it! DH recons we just leave it but I don't like the idea of a creature being in pain
