Does anyone have any experience of a child maintenance appeal? I have just had a letter through asking if I wanted my details withheld on court paperwork. This is the first I've heard of it!
I've called CMS twice, on hold for 20mins, get transferred to appeals dept for the phone to go dead. Nothing on the online website either.
His last attempt at reducing payment (this year!) was him claiming 50/50 which was rejected as the court order clearly states it is not!
Would really appreciate advice/experiences.
