What do your primary aged DC eat in a day?

Sorry if there are already threads on this, but I'm wondering what, on average, your primary school aged kids eat each day?

I have 2 DC age 7 & 9 - I think my 9 year old has a pretty small appetite & is fussy with food, as well as being quite skinny. Anyway a typical weekend day for him would be:

Breakfast: Oats so simple & glass of orange juice.

Lunch: 2 scrambled eggs, one slice of granary bread
Cucumber
Kit kat
water to drink.

afternoon snack - 2 Oreos & glass of milk

Dinner: Spaghetti carbonara & salad (rocket/cucumber/radish)
or something like 1 sausage, wholemeal pitta & salad or broccoli.
Water to drink.
Activia yoghurt for pudding or fruit.

Not usually any evening snacks unless it's movie night in which case he will have a chocolate bar - eg Wispa & glass of milk.
