Spare parts for Ikea

Just been given a cot from Ikea and the lady can’t find the fixings. I’ve tried the spare parts form on the website but they said it’s not available and no ones answering The phone. Surely I can source the a spare pack of the fixings from somewhere? Anyone done it before?

Have a look in Screwfix. We had a similar problem and found all the right parts there - had to buy them all individually rather than as a 'kit' but they were identical and worked perfectly.

Actually you can go on the IKEA website and order them.

I broke a part of our sofa while building it.

I sent off for the new bit of plastic, it came quickly (and was free!).

Gah sorry, see you can't find them on the website.

It was a few years ago but I went to the store and they gave me replacements. I suppose I must have called them first though.

@SaffyWall that’s handy thank you! Just realised I filled the spare parts form out wrong so I’ve given it another go and hopefully it works this time!
