What tablet do I want?

Hi,

Looking for a new tablet. I have a work iPad, but it's so full of work stuff, I think I need one of my own.

Any recommendation? I don't think I want an iPad. My phone is Android, so I'm used to that. I'd use it for browsing, shopping, some Netflix etc use. Budget £120-150 max ideally, but could go higher for something perfect. Anyone got a Kindle Fire? Or a Samsung? They're the two brands I've been looking at.
