London restaurant with a view?

I'm meeting a friend for lunch on Saturday - she's coming from Maida Vale and me from Wimbledon so we'd like to meet in the middle somewhere. I really fancy somewhere with a view. I had thought of the Tate Modern top floor or the National Portrait Gallery restaurant but both are still closed. Does anyone have any other suggestions please - mid price range!
