Help - travel sick 1 year old

Has anyone had and cured/sorted travel sickness with a 18 month old?
Everything i can find is 3+.

Thanks, even they say 2+ on them. Although I'm wondering if that's just because of the size of them. I dont suppose they could do any harm to try could they.
