help - poorly frog in the garden

hey,
i fished a frog out of my pond yesterday and thought it was dead but overnight its moved under cover of some leaves. is there anything i can do to help him.
does anyone have any advice.

Maybe google wildlife rescue centre in your area? Poor frog

thanks for replying. will do. ive done some googling and ive covered him up a bit to protect him from predators as much as i can and hes near the pond. thats all i can do i think.
