Tmi embarrassing issue down below

On labia, I think it's that bit next to pee hole, it feels very sore and it's red.
No sign of spots or white. It's not itchy it hurts when sitting.
I wondered had I wiped too hard and slightly irritated it?.
Any ideas? Sudo cream? Vasline?

Dont put any cream on it. Is there a little lump like a boil or ingrown hair. Can you put a hottiish clean flannel on it.

No doesn't seem to be any bumps or spots and there is no hair on that part.

The skin itself its extremely red.

Did you change anything? Fabric softener, different branded tampon/sanitary pad etc?

Keep it clean and dry. Dab gently when going to toilet. Keep an eye on it and if it gets worse call gp. I would avoid putting any creams or anything yet, only dr recommended. Just keep an eye and see if gets better or worse.
