If you get a card stating that your parcel is at your neighbours house, do you go and get it or should they bring it to you?

A neighbour messaged me the other day to say a parcel was being delivered and she was working - could she direct it to my address and she'd get that night. I said of course. Parcel arrived 20 minutes later and I text her to say I'd got it.

She got home that evening and didn't come and collect it - fine. But she didn't collect it for the next few days either! It wasn't big at all but I was at home by myself with a toddler and I'm heavily pregnant so thought it was a little unfair that she expected me to do the running around!

When he returned my husband posted it through her letterbox (it needed signing for but would actually fit through!).

My neighbours are a bit shit at collecting their parcels from us. Dh saw the husband at the weekend and told him we have a parcel for them, they’ve still not collected it. Does my head in

When he goes out, stick a note through his door saying "I've had a parcel for x days & tried to call round with it as you haven't collected. Please collect by tomorrow morning or I will have to return to sender". Then don't accept any other parcels.
