I’m a first time mum and my daughter is 15 weeks old. The past 4 days she’s been making a growling grunt sort of noise. At first I thought she was straining to poo but she’s done a poo each day. So then I thought it may be teething as she’s very dribbly and is a little weezy/conjested. She’s not herself when she’s grunting but she isn’t completely unsettled or unhappy. She’s having her milk and is weeing and has no fever. Any advice??
