Tell us what to watch please

DP and I have been trawling through Netflix/Prime/Now TV for an absolute age looking for something to watch today and we have come up with nothing!

Please please give us some recommendations for good bank holiday viewing before I lose the will to live.

Ideally something with some humour to it but not silly slapstick and no horror/sci-fi/all out action.

Things we've recently watched and liked are JoJo Rabbit, Palm Springs, Troop Zero, The Great, Green Book, Stardust.

Any film or TV suggestions welcome!

Pride is a good movie.

The Fall is an interesting cop show - you know who the killer is from day one.

Just watched The Stranger.
Was very good

Sweet Magnolias was very good.
But left you with a cliff hanger and the next series isn't for about a year

Dead to me was also good - Netflix

And I enjoyed Grace and Frankie. A looooong series of about 50 hours, I watched it at the start of lock down. It's not gripping tho :)

We watched Peanut Butter Falcon yesterday, I really enjoyed it.

Is The man in the high castle still on Prime? I loved that.
