Cold callers

How come they're allowed now? I've had 2 this last week. One trying to flog windows/kitchens/bathrooms, the other seeing if I had any trees that needed cutting down.

I get that they need to earn a living, but how is this allowed? THey're coming pressing the bell, and standing on my door step as I open the door. Neither of them were wearing masks.

It's pissing me off. I have never in my life agrred to a service offered by someone flogging it on the doorstep anyway, and I REALLY don't appreciate them coming to my door during a pandemic. Surely they can leaflet drop or market themselves on the internet?

Put a sign on your door stating that you don't buy from cold callers / doorstep salespeople. Hopefully that'll stop them.
