Seasonal allergy anyone?

I'm in the west country and have been suffering with an allergy much like hay fever. But what could it be at this time of year - is anyone else suffering? I'm trying to identify what it might be. Started a week ago, now completely congested at night, sneezing/fluey in the day.

DD has a dust mite allergy which gets worse with the change of the seasons, she really suffers summer to autumn.

I had that a few weeks ago, the hayfever season does run into September and I just assume something was getting to me (although I'm usually over hayfever by around June.) Saying that it could have been anything!

Hay fever can be caused by an allergy to different trees, so it depends on which one you're allergic to and what month they usually cause trouble. The seasons seem to be a bit different in timing this year.

We were awful yesterday.

I seemed to coincide with the temperature drop we're experiencing. All of a sudden, it's autumn. Dust mites - yes, I didn't they were triggered be seasonal changes, so could well be that. I hope it settles down soon. This is as bad (nearly) as May was.
