How do you reset yourself when you feel anyhow?

When you feel anyhow - a bit flat, a bit bored, a bit sad, a bit restless, nothing really terrible but just meh - what do you do to reset yourself and put a spring back in your step/a smile back on your face/insert cliche here?

Going for a jog often works for me but my 5 month old daughter is going through a growth spurt so I’m feeling too knackered with all the feeding, so looking for inspiration to find a new reset button!

I meditate but need to do it for at least half an hour to get properly relaxed into it and to feel the benefits.

I go for a walk on the beach. Or a forest. I like being in nature. It feels very flaming and also rejuvenating to see the permanence of nature. Makes my problems seems more fleeting in the grand context of life.
