When you feel anyhow - a bit flat, a bit bored, a bit sad, a bit restless, nothing really terrible but just meh - what do you do to reset yourself and put a spring back in your step/a smile back on your face/insert cliche here?
Going for a jog often works for me but my 5 month old daughter is going through a growth spurt so I’m feeling too knackered with all the feeding, so looking for inspiration to find a new reset button!
