Has your primary school confirmed arrangements?

If you have primary children - have you heard from your school re arrangements for their return?

I've not heard anything. Before summer they talked about staggered times etc but I've no idea of the outcome. I suppose there's still a week to go...and they may be waiting to see what the government throws at them over next 7 days.

Nothing from the infants. The junior school gave out info before the holiday. Hopefully both schools will confirm before they go back on Thursday.

@AllTheUserNamesAreTaken

Before the school broke up for summer, we got told the times for drop off and pick up and a couple of other bits but nothing about what school/class/breakfast club will look like. They said we would get an email during summer hols with further details. We haven’t had it yet. School starts on Wednesday Hmm
@AllTheUserNamesAreTaken, you might want to chase that up if you need breakfast club as the school my children attend have literally just announced - no breakfast club 🙄. For working parents it is an nightmare, with 1 working days, notice to pull something out the bag in terms of no breakfast club.

No, because the government are changing things all the time. We go back on Thursday, the school has said that they will inform us all on Tuesday evening.

Some schools will have waited for any further guidance from the Government. Our schools had drafted their plans before the end of last term but they have only just had final sign off, so details will now be shared with parents.

Yes, start of summer holidays we had two page email detailing all the measure put into place. Staggered times, one way systems for drop off pick up etc. Had another email last week reaffirming those and also saying face coverings to be used and a few other changes. They have also been reinforcing the rules via Facebook with bulletins this last few days.

We were told before the school holidays. Times for staggered starts, where parents can stand, what hand washing routine and facilities are, lunch plans for the first month and what the pe days are so they can wear kit to school. I was very impressed

Ours go back on the 7th with staggered drop offs/pick ups at four different doors. Same parent to do both. No cars near the school and no parents are allowed in. Also the children will only mix with their year group only and cannot use the water fountains to fill up their water bottles. Also only lunchboxes are allowed in nothing else and the children have to make sure they have warm clothes because they are going to have all windows and doors wide open for ventilation.
