We booked an Asda grocery delivery online recently but it did not turn up, even though it was recorded as delivered on the website. We were charged the full amount and I'm finding it impossible to get a refund from Customer Services. We got no explanation of what has happened or why we are not getting our money back. I can't even find a number on the site to make a complaint on. Has anyone else had this and how did you get a refund? We are over £100 down
