Asda delivery problems

We booked an Asda grocery delivery online recently but it did not turn up, even though it was recorded as delivered on the website. We were charged the full amount and I'm finding it impossible to get a refund from Customer Services. We got no explanation of what has happened or why we are not getting our money back. I can't even find a number on the site to make a complaint on. Has anyone else had this and how did you get a refund? We are over £100 down

Get onto Facebook, Twitter, customer services at your local store and email the CEO.

I have had endless problems with ASDA like this. One delivery had half of the items missing so I had to ask for a refund on those items. Then the next delivery didn't turn up, when I called they said they hadn't received the order but I had received my e mail with the substitutions etc and they had taken my money. They said they would refund .
I then realised they hadn't refunded me for the previous week fiasco which they said they would sort. The accidentally refunded me for the whole order and then asked me to give permission to take the money again and then refund me for the missing items. You seriously could make up how crap they are.

Stick with Tesco- never have any problems with them.

I was once charged an extra £60 for my shopping, phone calls didn’t work, it was a overseas call office, in the end I went to my local store, where the delivery came from and sorted it out there. I never shopped with them again and use Tesco now

Thanks. Might try going over to the store and trying to sort it directly as we are having the same problems with the overseas call center. Every time we ring they promise it will be sorted in 2 days - but have had this 3 times now. Our problem is that we live in the countryside and are only in Asda's catchment so are a bit stuck, but would definitely switch to deliveries from another store if we could.
