Hay fever / allergies

Has anyone else found their hay fever gets worse when it rains? I have hay fever from March to September/October and I've found in the last week it's been a lot worse, I've been coughing a lot more which is particularly unfortunate this year! I've had a covid test which was negative but I'm getting fed up now! Am I the only one?!

And the coughing continues! We went away to the coast for a couple of days last week and although it didn't completely it was a lot better (which was handy as I knackered my back and every movement was agony!) but now we're back home it's back.

Apparently the fungal spores levels are moderately high so that could have something to do with it as it's been bad when I was in the office, which is next to fields and the river, and at home. I'm presuming it's something to do with the river, which is a bit unfortunate as I live and work a couple of minutes away!

I have no idea how to narrow it down further or how to prevent it but I'll carry on with the blue inhaler and hope for the best!
