Best earplugs for blocking out snoring?

Please tell me your recommendations for this.
Dh snores like a bloody steam train, we've tried all sorts and nothing works well. There's none of that snorting stopping breathing stuff he just snores.
So it's time for me to have earplugs, and hope I can still hear the alarm!

I use quies ones, you can buy loads off eBay and try them all.

I'm in the same boat. I use those pink and yellow foam ones on a string as he gets them for me from his work, I figure its the least he can do. They deaden the noise but he is loud so don't always work. I'll look at ones mentioned above.

quies are good - they do smaller size ones which are helpful if, like me, you have quite small ear canals and find normal size ones make your ears really sore after a couple of nights.

The main trouble I have with earplugs is that when you can't hear anything, it makes you extra sensitive to movement, so if DH is at all fidgety at night it feels like he is trampolining in the bed even if he's just scratching his arm!

Luckily I only need them occasionally at the moment, but I think if his snoring gets more continuous it's gonna have to be separate bedrooms!

Have you thought of a white noise machine? I have one to drown out traffic noise.

OHROPAX Classic! I've been using these for years, and buy them from Amazon! If you do try them, they take an hour or so the first time to get warm and mould the shape of your ear, so don't be put off by the hardness! Once they're shaped, they're great!

I use muffles from boots. Ear plugs changed my life as I was such a light sleeper.

I have tried every type of earplugs and nothing works.

I've resorted to playing white noise through sleepphones and, as that has to be quite loud, also wearing foam earplugs, which seem as good as any, to protect my hearing.

Separate mattress prevent transmission of the vibrations.

I find silicone ones the best - I get mine from Boots. Foam ones not hard-core enough!

I found silicone or wax ones ineffective. Best for me so far are these foam ones:

They're contoured so more comfortable for wearing for long periods and they come in two sizes.

Separate rooms works for us.

I am a light sleeper though and with 2 young adult kids banging abouot in the kitchen making snacks very late I use these.
Cheap and amazing.

No white noise-he won't sleep with a fan on coz of the noise

Silverline ear plugs are the best I've used, others have been uncomfortable or didn't block noise, but those work for me.

Wax, bind two together per ear if they're thin.

Bose noise cancelling, not the ones for music. Saved my sanity with DH 's snoring and underground works for a new tunnel. I love them so much!
