I need to start cooking nice dinners again, I am in a very lazy zone so I have dug out my instant pot. I used to do soup and stews but looking for lots of new ideas

Vegetable biryani.
Risottos.
Chicken, chickpea and chorizo stew.

Theres a Facebook page with recipe files etc UK Instant Pot community or something. In fact there’s two groups - one of them is for all things IP including their new air fryer model, the other one is a new group set up for those who have a traditional style pressure cooker and got fed up seeing chips and bread posted every day
