Horrendous hunger PMT anyone else?

Name changed. Im sensitive and have awful PMT so please be gentle.
I really really struggle sith hunger when I have PMT. To the point where I cannot satisfy myself. I don't mind feeling hungry usually, I can cope, drink black coffee to help etc. But when I have PMT it's something beyond normal. I liken it to when the urge to push comes in labour and even though I want to resist I just cannot. I've just held back tears at the dining table because even though I was eating I knew it wouldn't be anywhere near enough (objectively it was enough food).
My periods are very heavy and despite having been reasonably regular recently (last 6 months) I have have had times when they randomly disappear. I'm now about ten days 'late' which means this hunger has been going on forthe best part of three weeks. I've put on about half a stone.
Does anyone else get this? Can anyone advise?

I get this too but sorry not got much advice here. Just try to be kind to yourself. I cut myself some slack and eat what I want for a couple of days but 3 weeks of it sounds tricky! I try and get out for a big walk so I feel less guilty. I also can't motivate myself to my usual exercise routine at this time of the month. Feeling cold and tired makes it worse so I guess just getting cosy and lots of sleep might help a bit...

I get this. It's almost insatiable and takes over my mind - there's very little that can distract me from it.

Interested to see whether you get any good advice - I'm sorry I have none Sad

Yes its awful, could just carry on eating all day and never fill up. Also bloat right up and doesnt go till I come on I try and listen to my body and if I eat a bit more that week eat less in the following week once I feel normal again.
